One-on-one coaching, and coaching in groups of 2-4, are customized according to clients' specific needs and desired focus areas.
Our methods for life, personal development, and transition coaching guide and support our clients' expanded discovery of the possibilities for their lives. We seek to help inspire our clients to take meaningful steps towards achieving goals they set as their eyes open to the opportunities surrounding them. Regarding such coaching engagements, we find the most effective and lasting transformations typically are developed over a 6-month coaching timeframe. However, we do not enforce a "one size fits all" approach.
Through Business Start-up or Expansion coaching, we coach and consult with individuals with a vision or plan to start, or uplevel, a business. Through this service, we assist clients with auditing or completion of the proper state, local, and federal filings necessary to establish a business entity. In addition, we coach seasoned, new, and budding entrepreneurs towards clarifying their visions for their companies; and we encourage them to examine any doubts, fears, or concerns about taking the leap into business ownership or expansion. After clients' businesses are established, we guide them through the process of preparing to do business or expand their organizations.
From helping to draft language for marketing, client agreements, and proposals; to coaching around mission and values; to answering questions about new business experiences; to creating strategy and goal-setting for profitability, we serve as our clients' ongoing resource for their business success.
Such business start-up and expansion services are highly customizable on a case-by-case basis.
