Many successful leaders have gone through humbling situations where either a preponderance of the circumstances or some discrete regretful actions have led to a career emergency. The crisis isn't finding yourself in this situation - it is whether or not shame and fear have stalled you from taking action.
To be clear, Career Rescue Coaching is not for the unsalvageable evil-doer (of which there really aren’t many); it is for those who have found themselves in a difficult situation where the only positive way out is an abundance of feedback and serious reflection, new perspectives and definitive, well-planned action.
Career Rescue contracts typically begin as six to nine-month engagements and are frequently extended to one year.
